Eligibility for Returns

2. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
3. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process

2. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
3. Ship Your Return: Use the provided return label to send your items back. If you choose not to use our label, ensure you use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
